The fourth annual meeting of the Floridan Aquifer Collaborative Engagement for Sustainability (FACETS) project was virtual due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Project Team had two virtual sessions October 11 and 27, 2021 to achieve the following annual meeting goals:
- Review project progress and identify needed team interactions
- Discuss needs and gaps to achieve project goals and outcomes
- Discuss project no-cost extension and timeline
- Confirm plans for Years 5 & 6
Two Project Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings were held virtually on January 20 and 27, 2022 with the goals of presenting project progress, getting feedback on regional modeling scenarios that were co-developed with stakeholders, and discussing model results for simple scenarios that were used to exercise the model. The group also discussed key areas of engagement for the PAC in the coming years and plans for continued engagement in the no-cost extension year.
